Colby at Reboot Infogamer 2018

At Reboot Infogamer 2018, Adriatic’s largest gaming festival, we worked with Colby d.o.o., a Slovenia-based distributor of games, peripherals and equipment, to bring their vision of 530m2 of booth space to life – featuring titles such as V-Rally 4, SEGA Megadrive, Sonic Forces, Sonic Mania, Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Menace, Super Bomberman R and Farming Simulator 2019. For the latter we brought in a Fendt tractor, for PES 2019 we set up a real life football challenge, Redragon area had 10 Lenovo PC’s, while elsewhere around the venue we featured over 40 playable PlayStation 4 consoles.

We handled everything from equipment rental (some our own, some outsourced), setup of all booth elements, configuration of all tech equipment, coordinating all promoters and tech crew, 3D sketchup drawing and project drawings, electrical and internet connectivity, security cameras, video materials for TV’s and displays, all print preparation for printable tarps and other graphics, etc.
