At Reboot Infogamer 2019, building on the success of our 2018’s presence at the Adriatic’s largest gaming festival, we once again worked with Colby d.o.o., a Slovenia-based distributor of games, peripherals and equipment, to bring their vision of 850m2 of booth space to life – featuring titles such as WRC 8 with two triple-display setups and 6 single display setups and a original Red Bull WRC 8 rally car, Minecraft with a treasure hunt, Farming Simulator 2019 with 4 playable simulators, Redragon with Fortnite Arena, featuring 24 Lenovo Legion computers and laptops, 4 setups in the jungle set of Jumanji, two Ace Combat 7 fighter jet simulators, two Sonic Forces arcades, a stage experience for Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 with a 5x3m LED screen playing back the highlighted players game, additional 12 console sets for PES 2020 and a trickshot course.
We also presented a newly released SEGA Mega Drive Mini console on four retro sets, developed two custom video games for Redragon challengs (one aiming challenge and one speed typing challenge), we created multiple display cases and tables for Redragon equipment, as well as helped realize a ticketing system for our physical store, which was also a part of our booth, where we sold games, peripherals, merchandise and more. On yeah, and we also had a fully featured DJ stage with regular giveaways and 70 square meters of LED screen.
We handled everything from equipment rental (some our own, some outsourced), setup of all booth elements, configuration of all tech equipment, coordinating all promoters and tech crew, 3D sketchup drawing and project drawings, electrical and internet connectivity, video materials for TV’s and displays, all print preparation for printable tarps and other graphics, etc.
It was our largest project to date.
